During the treatment session, you may experience deep relaxation, so the best is to choose a comfortable lying-down or sitting position.

What To Expect During The Distant Healing Session?

Treatment is usually 30min, but if needed, it can extend. All sessions are scheduled.


Before the session starts, you will be asked to provide your general health and medical history and what you expect from the Ajna session. In most cases, the client would already have some contact with the practitioner. If not, a 5min conversation before the session, over Zoom video, would help the connection between the client and the practitioner, or the client can send a photo before the session.

During an Ajna Healing session, you can expect to feel relaxed and comfortable as the practitioner works with your energy field. You may also experience some emotional release as old patterns and traumas are released from your system. Ultimately, you should feel lighter and more balanced after an Ajna Healing session.


Please note that the experience of each session can be different for everyone. There are sessions when some people don’t feel anything, but that does not mean that healing does not work. The Ajna Healing is subtle but powerful and works on very deep levels, and some changes can surface at a later stage. Know that the healing energy always works for the highest good of the client.


How Many Ajna Healing Sessions Are Needed?

The number of sessions depends on the client’s health and what they try to accomplish. For example, if you’re dealing with a chronic illness, you might need more sessions than someone just trying to heal a physical injury. 



Some people take a single occasional session to promote relaxation, have several sessions during the time of the need for healing, or want to work on a particular issue. They are another group of people that have a continuum of regular sessions over many years to support their health, energy, growth, and improvement in their life. Some results can be experienced immediately, but in most cases, it would require a longer healing time before you see or feel any changes.
