Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

This Policy applies to the activities of Wellness Coaching and Healing. It explains how we deal with cancellations, re-scheduling, late arrivals, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making your purchase.

 

Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in people’s day-to-day lives. Our goal is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner and his policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

 

Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

1. Cancellations

Cancellations or No-Shows for Coaching and Treatments Sessions

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge, with a minimum of 24-hour notice before your appointment.

“No shows” and less than 4-hour cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount (please read below on how to cancel).

If you do not give at least 24 hours of notification that you cannot attend your session, cancellation of 50% of the total price will apply.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

 

Notification period before scheduled appointment and cancellation fee*:

Min 24hr Notice – Free

4hrs to 24hrs – 50% charge of the full session

Less than 4 hours – 100% charge of the full session

*Application of 100% charge on the free promotional session will mean the loss of the promotional session.

Program Cancellations

Wellness Coaching and Healing reserves the right to cancel a program, refuse any enrolment, adjust fees, or change course content or course schedules as deemed necessary.

How to Cancel Your Session?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please send us an email or cancel directly via your account.

Last-minute cancellations via email will be considered invalid, and the client will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops

Our events hold limited seating. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Cancellations made min 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days or less will not receive a refund.

 

Service termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services to the Client at any time for reasons such but not limited to:

(i) Client’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or other policies applicable to our Services; 

(ii) inappropriate or disrespectful behaviours from the Client;

(iii) dangerous or criminal behaviour from the Client; 

(iv) assault by the Client;

(v) Client’s attendance at the sessions under the effects of prohibited drugs or alcohol;

(vi) Client’s a violation of any law;

(vii) conduct that causes imminent and serious a risk to:

  • the health, or safety of the Client or Coach, or
  • the reputation, viability or profitability of the Company’s business or the Client’s business.

(viii) other reasons. 

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately on the day when the Client is informed about the termination. The refund for the remaining sessions may be issued only if it is identified as a serious risk to the Client. 

2. Rescheduling

We will do our very best to reschedule the service for another time that is convenient for you. If you reschedule your appointment 24-hours’ before your meeting time, there is no rescheduling fee.

If you reschedule your appointments more than three times within one year, we will start charging you a rescheduling fee of $25AUD. 

3. Late Arrivals

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment

If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment.

4 Reminders

Reminder email

As a courtesy, we will send an email reminder about your reserved appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

5. Refunds

Coaching Services

We do not offer refunds for delivered coaching sessions. When you purchase the coaching session or a package, it indicates that you are committing to participate in the process.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, and refunds for not used sessions will be considered on an individual basis, minus a 5% transactional fee. To cancel your order, please send your request via email.

 

If offered as part of the coaching package – ‘bonus services’ are not refundable.

 

Services

If you are not satisfied within 24 hrs after your first session with us, we will give you a full refund. We do not offer refunds for delivered services for any further sessions.

 

 

Physical and Digital Products

You are entitled to a refund, credit or repair for Goods purchased from Wellness Coaching and Healing in these circumstances:

  • If the goods are NOT of merchantable quality – a basic level of quality that would be reasonable to expect;
  • If the goods don’t match the description given when ordered.

Returns or refunds for Goods are not available if you change your mind about your purchase.

 

Workshops and Public Speaking

We do not offer refunds for delivered services.

Considering that in some cases, there may be additional costs for the recipient, please send us an email to reach a fair refund.

 

6. Problems or Questions

If Wellness Coaching and Healing becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems concerning our practices, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

8. Policy Definitions & Interpretations

Cancellation means the cessation of Services.

 

Commencement Date means the date of commencement of your scheduled program or service. 

 

Client means a recipient of the service or treatment.
