Booking
You can book your one-to-one coaching session(s) online. Bookings can be made 24/7 with up to 24hrs notice.

Booking instructions – for Coaching packages
For the best results, it is recommended to have all coaching sessions within one month.
Option 1: Booking and payment online.
Book each session online.
Please check the availability of all sessions before the payment.
After you complete the Initial Coaching Session booking and payment, book the remaining Follow-up Coaching sessions (approximately) one week apart.
You will receive an email with booking information when you book each session.
If you want to change any date or time, please select “Reschedule” in your email.
Option 2: Booking via email/phone.
Please check online availability for all your sessions and email us your preferred dates/times.
If times slots are still available, we will confirm the booking time and send you an email with a link to complete the payment.
Note: All payments need to be finalised before the first session start.

Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions are held online via Zoom, Viber or Signal. A unique secure link will be sent in advance to your email address before the session. Please let us know if you have other preferences or need any support to set up?
Confidentiality is the essence of the coaching principles and part of our Privacy Policy. The content shared during the coaching sessions is secure and will not be shared with any third party without your express permission. As part of our duty of care, there is a mandatory obligation for the Health and Wellness Coach to inform appropriate authorities if there is self-harm or harm from another or is intended harm to someone else.
